ANSC is the child of several years in the industry and a "coming of age" of other endeavors.  Our President and CEO, Wayne L. Snyder, began his career as an entrepreneur when he started The Soft-Doc in 1985.  This was a very small company and he used it as a side venture while maintaining full-time employment.  For the next 10 years Wayne continued this way until, in 1995, he began his career as a contract trainer.  For the next 2 years, Wayne travelled around the country and taught Novell and Microsoft courses at training centers.  In 1997, Wayne began his career at Novell as a Consultant.  For the next 4 years, Wayne was promoted to a Senior Consultant and then Operations Manager.  During this time, Wayne honed his skills and learned invaluable lessons in running a consulting organization. In 2001, Wayne put those lessons to work when he started Advanced Network Systems and put all of his efforts into running and managing the business.  In 2007, he incorporated and changed the name to its current title of Advanced Network Systems Consulting, Inc.  Today, the business has grown and succeeded due its staff and business relationships it has forged for the past 23 years.  It is a privilege to be of service and we value our customers.
