There are several consulting organizations that are happy to work with customers and implement or troubleshoot problems as they occur.  At ANSC we believe that staff should be trained and understand their environment so they can be more self reliant.  We realize that this is not always possible, however, we strive to ensure an organizations ability to be as independent as possible.  The staff at ANSC has a unique ability to train staff and help them understand what computing resources they have and how to use them.  In addition, we have Novell and Microsoft certified staff to provide certified training where needed.
